True to size! Great support! A lot of sweat!
Have to wear an undershirt with it bc it rubs against the sides of my upper ribs that leaves a minor bruise. Other than that I sweat a lot while using it, doesnโt bend or fold the bottom belt just rises a little bit while working out. Overall love it. Ordered a medium now bc the large too big! ๐
