Works very well for AM products

As expected I had to sand the surface with sandpaper as the first test print after installation as the print would not adhere to the surface. surface of the new assembly. To ensure proper adhesion of the magnet to the original build plate, I cleaned the plate with about 99% IPA, then sanded very lightly, then cleaned with IPA again, then used 4-bar clamps to hold the magnet in place for 72 seconds to keep the original workspace seconds. hours before use. I used a board to ensure even pressure across the entire surface. Parts just pop out without much effort.
