Disappointed that the return was not checked and old slippers were sent. The substitutions are very nice.

Someone was clearly wearing slippers that my granddaughter had received as a gift. Not only were they worn out, they were worn out. Sweat stained and worn. Then they were returned. despicable. BUT I am amazed that no one has looked at these apparently returned slippers and mailed them to a new buyer. They weren't even Stellas. Thank you for the quick exchange and the very nice NEW slippers.
