I like that it's very easy for me, as my job requires all of this information; but also because we have more control over our shipments than with other systems. It can be difficult at times when you're trying to find something specific about your shipment or invoice in order to process them correctly - not sure if there is any way around it. There are many options available depending what type of tracking they want (manual versus automatic), which allows us plenty of choices within each category. The best benefit so far has been being able to track everything through one place without having multiple tools open simultaneously just makes life easier! We've found success solving problems such as missing items/shipping labels among others. This system provides much needed visibility into important processes throughout the organization.
