I really like the backpack. The padding is very good, which makes the backpack very comfortable. The BTS logo looks great and I love the BTS keychain and pink pom pom. I like that it is waterproof as I will have a laptop there. As for the USB data cable and the audio cable, it would be nice if there was a guide (manual) on how to plug the cables into the USB port.
