It's a great chair, but as I'm a tall person I removed the armrests for comfort.
Extremely easy to assemble. After 2 weeks, I took my hands away because they were squeezing my hips, but I have a large physique. I'm 6'1" and 285 pounds. The chair still feels great and looks great without the armrests. The metal base makes a loud noise like the chains are being pulled over uneven ground as are the floor mats, which I put on concrete the floor under my table this is a great chair for the room although it goes beautifully with my forest themed tapestries I like to have lots of greenery in my work space for relaxation.
