I drive a very loud cargo shaker and was looking for a headset. I could hear people talking in my ear. I've had Jaybirds, Apple AirPods. Wired Headsets. I also research items carefully (1-2 months) before purchasing. I came across 10 4 and they were pretty much sold. The comfort could not have been more comfortable. Also, some people ask if I'm on the phone because they don't hear any background noise at all. I can stand in front of a truck and they can still barely hear any background noise, but they can hear me talking to them loud and clear. Talking for an hour or two can make your ear sweat. They stay upside down when riding, but when you're going to work they feel a little loose, and when I'm leaning they move forward a little. (not once did they fall off my head). The sound people hear saying is good. It can be a bit louder to compensate for people with bad headphones that you're conversing with. Now for the main and main problem I just encountered. I bought them on May 9th. And so, on July 11th, my headset decided it would no longer hold a charge or charge anything. When I entered the serial number on Plantronics' website to register the unit and make a warranty claim, Plantronics said it was not a real serial number. I have emailed them to their support team who are now awaiting a response. To be honest I love these headphones and am considering buying a second pair while I wait and see what happens to the broken ones.
