When leaves fall from the trees, the early morning and late evening light makes it impossible to see traffic lights without damaging your eyes. With a regular opaque visor, block the sun if you can, but then look around and try to see when the light changes. I have found that with the combination of the yellow visor (night) and clear visor (daytime) you can really see the intersection and signals. At night, the yellow visor makes the headlights of oncoming traffic fully visible, but does not dazzle. -- even if a careless person switches on the high beam. During the day, the transparent visor eliminates glare and glare from the sun and reflections. If it snows this year (50/50 chance where I live) I expect this day visor to make driving painless as the sun reflects off fresh white snow. I bought a second set to take with me when I travel and need to rent a car. Once you get used to riding with these visors it's so annoying to go back to regular opaque visors and blink all the time.
