UPDATE: After replacing the literally useless plastic hose that comes with it (it doesn't lay flat, never straightens up properly and twists the shower head in the bracket until it splashes under the corner, so it's impossible to use a regular fixed shower head), it's much better. So when you add this to your cart, be sure to add the stainless steel tubing right away. The new hose required no modifications, it lays flat and I now have the showerhead I was looking for. I am NOT giving extra stars because Waterpik is selling an unusable product out of the box - IMO it *requires* a new stainless steel hose. Literally every part of it is plastic, and that's for $40, too. Easy enough to install, but the plastic tubing doesn't lay flat. Modes are normal, but nothing special. I have high water pressure and replaced my shower head with this after enjoying a spray bottle at a European hotel in December. Unfortunately, this cheap shower head didn't live up to the metal fittings I was used to.
