Review on Canon EOS 600D Kit EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II, black by Mateusz Brd ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product for me, I was satisfied with the price.

Initially chose between 60D, 650D and 600D. The first one did not like the large weight and a lot of extra ons in my opinion. The second one is more geared towards video shooting and is suiously missing from the official canon website. As a result, I took the 600D, which I am glad about. I've been using it for a month and this is what I can say: 1. Fotik loves the sun and a stable surface. 2. When shooting handheld, you need to take 5-7 photos at a time, one will be more or less clear. 3. The whale lens lathers around the edges, especially at long distances. 4. Chromatic aberrations are observed periodically. 5. ISO 3200 and above - grain. 6. When walking with a fotik, the trunk crawls out. 7. The lens is poorly designed for macro - it takes a long time to focus closer than 30 cm - you need to turn off autofocus. Distant landscapes > 1-2 km. also don't work very well. Portraits, reportage, architecture - that's his purpose. Well, this is all nitpicking more to the lens. For high-quality shooting, fixes, widths, etc. are needed. As already said, the lens dust due to its design - a pump, possible methods of struggle - store and transport in a plastic bag, prevent dust from getting on the "trunk". I also recommend buying a lens hood for it, you can buy the cheapest one like this JCEW-73B (for a 18-135 67mm lens. ). The lens hood is not so much needed to protect against glare, but to protect against damage and smearing of the front lens, especially when you walk around with the camera at the ready and periodically take a sitting position, sit down on the ground, etc. The hood also protects the lens from light rain acting as a kind of visor. Camera + lens 18-135 + lens hood upside down fit into the Lowepro Rezo 140 AW bag + cell phone and other necessary things got in there, whichcommpletely ensures mobility andcommpactness. When buying a camera, I advise you to carefully check the lens for dust inside the lenses. Well, photos for the test, jpeg as is cut to 1280, some photos were taken with a light filter (nisi dw1):

Pros
  • Swivel screen Price Ergonomics The weight Lots of settings Fast battery charging Good instruction in 2022
Cons
  • The battery cover is not credible. Whale lens 18-135 draws in dust (pump design) The base does not include a remote control and a power cord for the camera from the mains.
