Professionally packaged product. Once opened, I left the product in the spare room for 48 hours as indicated to allow the foam to fully expand. It is compressed in the package. They provide a tool like a letter opener to cut open the package with the company logo on it (nice touch). The size of the foam is well suited for a full mattress. The padding is also a good size, fully wrapped over the foam and mattress. I used to get pains in my shoulder and hip when I slept on my side. In the last 3 nights since I put the product on my bed I have never slept so well. I even took a nap there and slept for 4 hours which I have never done before. The product is a good combination of padding and soft body contouring to prevent pressure points. I'm very satisfied with this product. My only concern is that the product will start working in 3-6 months. I will give an update but for the money spent it was worth it even for those 3 nights and sleep. MY GOD. Some might say it's warm or has a sink that's too big, but not for me. My lower back has done well too. No discomfort or pain upon waking. This is well thought out product packaging.
