5 stars because: ° Exactly as described in the description ° High quality 18/10 stainless steel ° Made in Italy I believe that anyone who has received a product other than the one pictured has made a mistake somewhere in the workmanship has warehouse. Revain would fix it if it were! I got exactly what is shown. I didn't really think I needed a frothy cup until I started playing coffee. Stainless steel is best for easy cleaning and metal keeps the milk/cream cold. Glass and ceramic can be scratched and chipped when used as a frothing cup. The outer surface is highly polished with the De'Longhi logo, the inner surface is matt. Half froth tastes fantastic frothed - sweeter and definitely thick and creamy! Ideal for a cup or two of coffee, but if you regularly make more cups you may need a little more or simply stir more. It only takes a minute or two! Foamer holds 12 ounces of liquid. Half and half triple in volume.
