I used to have a problem with our Cresimo carafe, which didn't keep the tea hot all day. However, the big problem was a company that ignored my complaint about their defective product. However, the company appears to have changed hands recently and the new owner took it upon himself to contact me and offer to send me a new carafe free of charge, hoping that the new carafe and new owner would better suit our needs correspond to. This gesture was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the new carafe did not live up to our expectations of maintaining a satisfactory temperature throughout the day. Maybe our expectations are too strict. At least the new owner cares to contact us and this indicates a complete change of previous owner.
