After trying to make one of these myself, I decided that less rigid neck and face coverings were needed. It meets the requirements exactly. I wanted something soft that I could easily put on to cover my nose and wet sinuses. Once over my mentioned weak nose and sinuses it stays in place perfectly so I don't have to walk around with my hand holding a scarf like the old lady I am but don't want to look like! At 6.99 you can't. Love it.
