I've seen other lamps that were much more expensive and didn't differ in performance or looks and I got a 10 for less than any of the other lamps. So far it has been working almost continuously for a week.

We have outdoor/landscape lighting in our backyard. Lamps last a long time, but when they do need replacing, it's usually a few at a time. I've paid a whopping $7 for a bulb at gardening stores. These pears are the same. No difference, and the price of 10 for $10.99 couldn't be beat!

I don't know why I bought them one or two at a time when I could get 10 a lot cheaper for each bulb. I always had the same pears. Individually wrapped and then in another box to keep them together. The packaging was incredible. The box came in bubble wrap. Excellent purchase!

The ten pack I bought was of questionable quality. Everything was made easy. However, the contacts were almost all worn down, as were the blown bulbs I replaced (like they had been used before I got them) and the glass cover was fogged up (like the blown bulbs I replaced). Until I request a replacement I will not be buying from this seller again!

I am writing this review based on the fact that a single bulb of a comparable and well known brand purchased from a local hardware store costs about the same as a whole one Box of 10 says Revain here. I've used six so far and they all work great. Personally I wouldn't mind if they had a shorter lifespan than known bulbs as they are so cheap and easy to get.

While they may work in other applications, they didn't help in our case. We replaced SATCO MR16 20W FL36 12V/BAB halogen bulbs and thought they would work. The setup is a dimmer track light and worked great with SATCO bulbs. However, the new bulbs flickered constantly when fully on and were nowhere near as bright as the old bulbs. We ended up taking them off and buying SATCO at a local lighting store.

They have extremely weak and thin forks that don't fit the socket. We're not talking low-level lighting here. Our outdoor units - FX Luminaire! The bulbs are loose, do not sit well in the cartridges and accordingly do not burn. Okay, some connectors, even for FX Luminaire, may be different. Other than that I've never had any problems. The ends of the plug are useless, making the lamps useless! "RETURN" - KEYWORD!

I have a seven light fixture that uses these bulbs and occasionally buy packs of three bulbs from local stores as replacements but they are expensive. I bought this bulk pack and have already used four of them and love that each one costs a fraction of what I would normally pay. I have no idea how long they will last once installed but for the price I was ready to see. They work well and have the same light output as others I buy.
