When I first bought these I was impressed. It had a robust design and the finish was appealing. However, the moment you use them, you will notice a serious design flaw. The holder has two "hooks" that go to the door from the back. Because of this, it sits well on the doors of most cabinets. However, when you pull on the towel, it lifts the entire device up and away from the door. The design holds the towel bar when the towel is pulled forward and down. So unless you awkwardly pull down on the towel to remove it from the holder, the holder will rise. The manufacturers were able to overcome this design flaw by making the hook only 1.5 cm long, say 5 cm. I tried to attach it with double sided tape but it took several weeks. You can put screws into the cabinet through the bracket, but this will damage the cabinet door.
