UPDATE: After a year of riding the felt texture is gone but everything else is still perfect. The band is smooth and feels comfortable while still providing good support and cushioning. White is still white, everything is still in great shape. I'm changing my rating from four to five stars. This film has an almost fine felt structure. It's the only thing I don't really like, but it's something I can live with. They look great, the adhesive strip on the back works great, the paper backing separates easily from the strip, the film cuts easily with scissors, and it has lots of pads (this film is medium-thick). I don't mind that I didn't wrap my handlebars as deeply as most people would - I had enough bandages to do it, but I decided against it because I like that the flat part this aero bar stays flat.
