The travel pillow arrived vacuumed sealed. Typically when something arrives vacuum sealed once the air hits the item, it puffs right up. This pillow puffed up a bit, but not too much. I was really expecting it to be fuller. This pillow will provide a bit of support but not quite as much as I was hoping for and the neck section is quite small. So if your little one has chubby cheeks that meld into the neck area, it might be hard to situate the pillow. That being said, Teddy thinks it fits his head and neck perfectly! It will really depend on your little one and what you are using it for. The pillow is soft and the material is very nice - quality made pillow. 4 Stars! If nothing else, my little one can use it for her babies! Hope you find this review helpful!
