Update: Support contacted me to apologize for not being happy with the product. They discussed my concerns within the company and decided to upgrade their product to keep the phone 100%. Just a necessary trait in today's world, it's hard to believe this isn't the norm. This isn't the only one that doesn't, I had to return 2 others because they didn't support the board. Anyway I added a star because of their customer service and I will update this again if/when I get an updated version before testing. I like everything else about this mount, well done. I really wanted to love this product, but it has one major downside (at least for me). This is designed to stop charging after the phone has reached 100% and it will not charge again until you remove and replace the phone or block/plug. I need a charger that will charge 100% and last), I don't have to worry about my phone having less charge after 2 or 3 hours of driving than when I started. Especially while driving you don't have to be distracted by changing the position of the phone so that it can be recharged. Send back.
