On the plus side, it charges my HP Omen very well. It's fast and efficient, and I can turn my laptop back on from a completely off state in just a few seconds after plugging it in. However, I'm not giving him 5 stars because judging by the heat he generates it's obvious he has to work really hard to do what he does. I didn't spend money on a branded HP charger and I hope I don't end up regretting that decision. Overall, this is a good price for a universal charger.
