The best thing about this software has to be that it allows me access from anywhere I have an internet connection! It helps manage our employees easily with all of their information available at my fingertips for quick reference when needed or just as simple viewing if not taking action required by them via email/text messages etc.. Sometimes we need updates but cannot get any support because they are closed during regular business hours (US). But once you do receive help there's nothing wrong really other than being away form your employee sometimes so maybe try out some remote work options instead? We use bizonsoft softworks hrm mainly through its ability totake notes & send reminders using text messaging services like whatsapp / telegram - allowing us easy communication between staff members who can't always come into office due too weather conditions ect., plus also having online time sheets where each person gets notified instantly whenever someone adds more overtime then submits his timesheet after clocking off-which saves alotof.
