WILL NOT FIT UNDER THE SEAT IN THE AIR PART Pups love this sturdy 'palace' carrier. We left it open so she could get used to it and sleep and play there. We ended up flying with her, and that doesn't work for a southwestern airline. seats. While it's a great carrier and comfortable, I wouldn't recommend it for flying. I sat in the window seat because we knew we wanted to hide it a bit. We were told to slide it under the seat which we couldn't and luckily they never bothered us again I compared it to our other carry on and the problem is the ends are stiff and difficult to bend and under the seat to push, even if you have space. Puppy so didn't want to push too much. If you use it for car rides it's great but the large sizes don't fit. does not fit under seats on airplanes. I only gave 3 stars because of this issue but other than that it's a great carrier.
