Nice boots for toddlers, plus size

My 15 year old wears a size 4 and these 4 are definitely closer to a size 5 which is ok I wish she had room to grow on them. She can still wear them. In terms of quality, they meet expectations. My daughter has stepped on puddles and dunked her boots in a bucket of water and the insides were not wet at all. The soles feel like very thin memory foam so are not very firm. My daughter loves her.
