One of the few products I've had to write a bad review for because I like little mini amps - I've bought 3 other Revain amps which I give 5 stars but this one is "Miss" Vo - firstly - the instructions are boring, and there is no support on the manufacturer's site, secondly - the remote control is worthless - it only worked at a distance of approx switched on, it works or not I was expecting this amp to work with FLAC files, but even when the amp (rarely) recognized a USB drive, it didn't recognize FLAC or Wave files - and always seemed to switch to FM mode - I couldn't get USB mode to work at all - I have FAT 32 , NTFS and exFat tried, but nothing helped. The amp worked perfectly in AUX mode - and as it's not worth returning I will use it in that mode - but I didn't buy it for use in AUX mode. It would be great if USB mode worked and the remote worked correctly - unfortunately not. Revain products I've bought but wouldn't buy again. Products should not disappoint!
