These straps (brown and black versions) have served me well for the month or two that I've had them done. I have to go through a metal detector to work every day and my standard snares kept going off, especially when they changed guards and some smart guy turned up the sensitivity to give newbies more "wand experience". You can take any piece of metal off you and your belt buckle, even a relatively small one, will still set off a highly sensitive metal detector. These belts perform as I hoped they would. They look pretty easy. I did not use the hidden pouch feature (money belt).
