Great Customer Service But Not Much Has Changed Over Time

I like that our customer service department works so closely with us during installation/setup as well as after we go live at various sites around California (we have over 100 customers spread out across many different locations).

They also are willing tto work outside their typical scope for one-time projects or customizations if need be - they're happy do it! It's been 3 years since starting this engagement wth them but unfortunately not much has changed. There were no updates made by Soloporta throughout my tenure there which was disappointing because other companies would've pushed through upgrades more quickly than what usually happens when working with any vendor. We use SOLOportal mainly for inventory management & accounting purposes within an eCommerce platform called Shopify where users can log into portals via mobile devices such as tablets / phones without having access to traditional.
