Beautiful but look out for the 'matte' beads

Everything is beautiful except one of the colors has a frosty overlay and rubs off on fingers. See image! The dark pink color has a "matte" look while every other set of beads is transparent and colored. It looks like they didn't go through the final rinse in production. When wiped with a non-abrasive cloth, they become shiny and no longer discolour.

Very cheap. They are painted. It got all over my fingers when I was stringing them.
