I've been using it for a few months. It is very versatile and some or all of the straps can be removed. I only removed the shoulder strap. The rear grip strap is fully adjustable for fit and angle. I have no doubt that this case will fully protect the tablet if dropped on a hard flat surface. However, with all the straps/handles, you'll probably never drop it. Popout, pop up stands are great for watching videos. Update: 08/18/2019 The metal clip holding the strap to the side of the case is broken. Just metal fatigue. Fell on tile floor and case fully working but downgraded to 4 stars due to having to make new paperclips.
