First of all the sound is pretty good for the price so nothing to complain about. You can use it to make phone calls, but the position of the mice in the ear is still not ideal. To improve this, you need to put the right earbud to your mouth. Also, they have extremely aggressive power saving technology, which is my biggest issue with them. They go into sleep mode as soon as the phone's sound stops and it takes a while before they turn back on. This means that when you listen to short sentences or single words (e.g. when learning a language) you do not hear the first or both words.
