When we first installed the dispenser everything seemed fine. The milk came out slowly but that was normal because our 5 year old daughter was using it and she felt better. We quickly found that once you've used half a gallon it will gradually slow down and then stop altogether. We had to stop using it which is a shame as our child is very independent and loved using it when it worked.
