I like that it's so easy to use, even for those who are not tech savvy. The customer service is top notch as well. They will help you with anything you need from basic questions about their product all the way up to helping customize your account settings. It has been great using this software! As of now there isn't much we dislike other than maybe having more options in terms of features available. We have used several IVR systems over the years but none compare to the ease of use or the overall experience offered by Bettervoice. This system allows us to track our calls and easily see if someone answered correctly or incorrectly.
