Really nice bracelet; I would recommend it. Even though I'm not an athlete, I found that the bracelet was helpful in a number of situations. 1) Functions as a clock that also includes a calendar and an alarm clock. 2) The percentage of progress is what determines the number of steps, distance, and calories. 3) Count the pulse with a high degree of accuracy. Finds out how much oxygen is already present in the blood (accuracy is questionable). 4) The mobile application keeps track of both your physical activity and your sleep. 5) They have no phobias towards water or shaking. 6) Send duplicate phone notifications with an adequate amount of vibration. 7) A good display that is bright and has a high-quality oleophobic coating. 8) There is a search function for your phone. Have some drawbacks or drawbacks. The autonomy isn't very long (around 5 days), but it improves when the continuous heart rate monitoring is turned off. The weather report comes in quite late. Because of its more aggressive nature, use in salt water is not recommended.
