DO NOT BUY We used this item on our little daughter for the first 3 months of her life. We loved the built in sound machine feature and used the humidifier every night. After 3 months of use, the sound part stopped working. I took everything apart, cleaned it up again and sort of fixed the sound machine. Nothing turned on the next night. I left the car connected to the network but everything went offline so I decided to check it out the next day. The machine consumed electricity all night and began to overheat and melt inside. Luckily he turned off the light switch in our daughter's room and turned everything off. I woke up at this point because our baby monitor stopped working. I ran to the nursery and got our daughter out of the room before I found out what happened. I know that without the switch tripping, this machine would continue to overheat and eventually burst into flames. Please do not buy!
