I received the card but it has already been used. Instead of risking a card that might be counterfeit, it was returned. The screws have already been removed from each bag, the card has already been assembled and is no longer in the anti-static bag, stickers indicating which screws to use have been placed in various places in the box. It's entirely possible that this card would work fine but wouldn't short out SSDs and the motherboard if this card were modified.
