I ordered these lights for my military tow truck, they were made in 2013, they both have a flat spot when turning. My neighbor also ordered two, made in 2014, they were worse than mine, they almost stalled, and then we both needed a 12 gauge power cord, so that wasn't a problem. We cleaned the contacts but put in cheap motors that turn on the light.
