You must measure where it is to be hung as it isn't exactly correct from the bottom to the 12 " mark.

Had to figure out how far from the floor the bottom had to be to be correct with the measurements on the chart. May be difficult to clean if dirt or stains accumulate on the fabric.

It works because i sort of knew my height and when i measure myself with this it was right. Just make sure you hang it right..
