It's very easy to use, it's well organized in its dashboard so you can see how many users are using each feature / tool available within their ecosystem (Aurion).
The support team was also great! They were always willing to help out if needed or even just giving us some tips for solving our problems without any additional cost. I would like more integrations between tools such as Auric + Google Analytics/Tag Manager =) Also maybe an integration option where we could choose what data gets sent to GA from Auric, this will make things much easier when working together. We started using Auric because they had good reviews regarding ease of setup & monitoring user flows through multiple channels - web store, mobile app etc..
