Review on CrossCountry Consulting by Mario Beaklini

The team is very knowledgeable about our industry and we can trust them completely! They are always available for questions or concerns as they are not just another vendor but an extension of your organization. It's been great working with this group over the years. I would love if there was more time spent talking through projects rather than presenting proposals. This has worked out well so far, but at times it can be difficult to get some work done together due to schedules/availability. Our current situation calls for us to have more direct communication between management and employees while still meeting deadlines. We had no idea what our staffing needs were going into 2018-2019 until after the fact. We're now able to communicate those needs up front instead of finding ourselves scrambling later when things fall behind schedule.
