I found this poorly packaged. It was broadcast twice and has had this curve ever since. boo! I don't think the pockets are well thought out either. It's a waterproof backpack but the side pockets won't close? Very strange design choice. It fits my laptop well and feels soft enough. I don't particularly like the hard, waterproof material they chose. I would choose something more flexible. Unless you need a waterproof backpack or don't care about Form C, I would look elsewhere. I have raised the rating from 2 to 5 stars. It's a pretty good free package. :)
