Review on Zoo Stack & Pour Buckets by Skip Hop - Fun Baby Bath Toy by Ryan Richards

I don't quite understand why but my 18 month old daughter thinks the sun rises and sets on them! I bought this for her as a special treat - a new toy to celebrate her transition from a baby bath to a regular bath. She is afraid of baths and has resisted bathing since birth and has only recently become more comfortable in her carrycot. So I honestly didn't expect to put them in a regular bath. But having bought this along with a great x-long Rubbermaid bath mat (bought here from Revain and highly recommend it), a Skip Hop brand armrest and sink cover and a waterproof doll (bought here before) nothing helped my daughter to feel comfortable and excited about bathing more than that! Taking your doll in the bath with her miracles!) really helped. This toy caught her attention so much that she forgot her fears of the water and the tub and sat in the water for a good 30 minutes, picking up those cups and watching the water flow out of the holes in the bottom. I noticed that she enjoys comparing the cups visually and seems to enjoy seeing the different speeds at which water flows out of the cups (due to the different sized holes). It's a simple toy, but sometimes simple toys are the most fun for kids. . It is colorful and seems durable. One of the cups has very small holes (maybe only two) so I slipped my fingers under the holes while holding it and used it to rinse my writhing daughter's body and head. She hates having her head flushed but I didn't mind doing it that way which was a bonus!
