According to my experience these blue light glasses are amazing! They are lightweight and comfortable to wear. i no longer worry about the negative effects of prolonged screen time, and my eyes feel much less strained. The only downside is that they do not fit over my prescription glasses. Overall, I highly recommend these glasses to anyone who spends a lot of time in front of a screen..
