I like the smell and the comfortable pump

I almost feel like I'm shopping local when I buy Vita A to Zee Coconut Oil Shampoo and Conditioner since the offices in Woodbridge, NJ are not far from here. Of course it still has to go through the Revain system to get it to my door, hopefully it came from an Edison fulfillment center and not across the country. I love that the products are also made in the USA which has stricter standards and better quality control than other countries. My usual shampoo is Paul Mitchell Shampoo One, so I'm not new to coconut scents, although Paul Mitchell's scent is more pina-like. Colada while Vita A to Zee is pure coconut flavor. Squeezing the pump twice delivers just the right amount of "quarter-size" clear liquid needed for a proper shampoo. The fragrance has a very tropical smell and rubbing the shampoo into the scalp creates a luxurious rich lather that leaves your hair smooth and silky after rinsing. You'll need about the same amount of conditioner to make your hair even smoother. The conditioner is creamy but not greasy, giving your hair that extra care it needs and adding even more coconut flavor when you use it. Interestingly, while the coconut scent stays strong while you use the shampoo and conditioner, it doesn't really stay with you throughout the day. Who wants to smell like they're wearing sunscreen? I'm not exactly sure what biotin is or what it does, but it seems to be a huge selling point for these products. What I do know for sure is that both the shampoo and conditioner are quality products that give great results. The ingredients seem pretty natural for the most part, but they also include the preservatives sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, if that matters. In general, I am satisfied with both shampoo and balm, I use them quite often. I agree but agree with other reviewers that the box the product comes in is too flimsy and flimsy for the bottles it contains. Luckily none of the contents spilled out, but the box lost its shape when the packaging was opened.
