Revainrating 5 out of 5

No lag, 1080p @ 60Hz display and great sound

I found this in a youtube video for a specific problem I'm having. Due to the COVID situation, my kids needed a computer for their Zoom classes, so I built a special computer for them (4.5" x 8" x 10"). The computer is placed between them for them to use (the computer uses multi-user software). Before I put the computer on the bookshelf, I checked it under the TV. I thought to myself: Wouldn't it be great if the computer played video games too? So I added NES, Super NES and NES 64 emulations with games. It was an amazing idea. When the computer was thoroughly tested, it was transferred to a book cell. The problem was that the TV and bookstore were 18 feet diagonally apart. I don't think an 18ft HDMI cable would be reliable, and I also can't run that type of cable across the room. This HDMI extender has solved this problem perfectly. I'm running an Ethernet cable in the wall from my computer to my TV. The graphics card (from a Dell XPS 8700) is a GT 720, nothing special but it allows me to run 3 displays: two 24" monitors for kids computing needs and a 40" TV for gaming/streaming. It works perfectly. There is no lag, the picture quality is 1080p@60Hz and the sound is excellent. Since the TV is 18 feet away, it can be difficult to make out fine details when browsing YouTube or the emulator's settings before playing. this problem is also solved. These extenders have an HDMI loopback function. So on my son's desk, the monitor is connected directly to the PC via VGA and connected back via HDMI with the extension cable. I expanded the display to all three screens. I can switch between screen views (main desktop and TV) on my son's desk to easily adjust everything on the TV. Basically, this extender mirrors everything from the TV to the monitor. I think this expander is just awesome. It enabled me to fulfill my mission of serving children's needs for computers, games and more. These extensions have great potential.
