Great electronic device!

This product worked great as described. Presetting "dip switches" before activating the system made it easy to use every part of the system!

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Weak sentence

Value for money: cables and interconnects

I have used several of these cables but only had a problem with one. I recently installed two and both worked out of the box with minimal setup. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Works great!

Works like a charm. I live alone with several rooms. I like having the same thing on all the screens around the house while I'm walking and doing chores. I bought two and they work great. It takes a while to find the settings you want, but once they're set, everything is perfect.

Pros
  • Durable surface
Cons
  • Too long to wait

It's the best in cables and connectors

I've used many other brands for my purposes and they all failed within a month. I have a camera system with a DVR and the house is connected with CAT-6. The "run" to the room where I need to see the cameras is 90 feet from the DVR. These are the only adapters that work great when converting from CAT-6 to HDMI. Big!

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • some little things

Not really an HDMI extender

This device is not actually an HDMI extender. It always outputs 1080p to the sink no matter what source resolution you set. Essentially, this device captures an image from a source, transmits it over CAT6, and then displays it at 1080p. This leads to problems with image sharpness, especially with texts. This causes a serious problem with 4:3 projectors that I have tried to use this unit on.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Expandable

Works most of the time but seems pretty picky

I'm using one of these in a conference room to run 60Hz 1080P or 60Hz 1920x1200 depending on the input source on a Extend projector at a distance of about 50 feet CAT6. With a bit of fiddling, I was able to get it to work in some configurations, but not in others. The HDMI output of the transmitter that I received is not working. I've only tried this with one monitor, but this monitor works if I take the source and plug it directly into the monitor, not an extension cord. The same monitor works

Pros
  • Many will
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

No lag, 1080p @ 60Hz display and great sound

I found this in a youtube video for a specific problem I'm having. Due to the COVID situation, my kids needed a computer for their Zoom classes, so I built a special computer for them (4.5" x 8" x 10"). The computer is placed between them for them to use (the computer uses multi-user software). Before I put the computer on the bookshelf, I checked it under the TV. I thought to myself: Wouldn't it be great if the computer played video games too? So I added NES, Super NES and NES 64 emulations…

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • there are downsides

This expansion is awesome!

This extension works exactly as advertised. I use it with a DirecTV receiver and a 50" Toshiba Smart TV for outdoor TV setup. It took me a while to find the right code for DirecTV, but once I found it everything works great. Get a good Cat 6e cable, they're pretty cheap and worth the money. Picture is perfect, no lag, no distortions etc. VERY happy with purchase and seller (Bombay Electronics). From the IR receiver (the remote works well at a normal distance from the TV), so I called Bombay…

Pros
  • Economical option for long distance HDMI transmission, near zero latency, function for some unusual TV/monitors.
Cons
  • disappears
