We've used this for our 4 kids and for ourselves. Several times the temperature jumped within minutes of checking. My son went from 99.5 to over 100 in 20 seconds. We then came back a few minutes later and he was under 100. My husband checked the temperature of the baby food and we realized that the top could be cooler than the middle of the Meal time. That was not necessary. It worked with bath water but we bought it mainly to check the temperature. We all had different temperatures for several minutes. That wasn't the accuracy we expected. So excited about this but disappointed with the accuracy. It was very easy to use and understand. I love technology! I might just be interested in a simple thermometer that is consistent.
