Opening the box reveals the cheapest piece of aluminum you've ever been unfortunate to lay your hands on. If you pull it out and contemplate its sad glory, you realize that this back scraper will NOT stand up to even the most comfortable scratches on the skin. On first use and knowing it was cheap junk I went with the soft one. didn't matter. It broke off immediately at the end, leaving me with a retractable aluminum bar. Do not buy this item.
