The design isn't exactly like the picture but it's really nice and bright and I haven't had a single repeat (he loved them). The sizing is correct, but I'm afraid the waistband is going to be too small for a toddler who currently wears a 4T (he currently weighs 35lbs, which is in the lower range that the sizing chart lists for a 4T, so I figured she would be a little bigger if they're really a little small (4T). The cotton is not very good but not too thin and the price is decent. I bought these for workout as diapers are about to be a thing of the past and I wanted cheap underwear that I would happily flip over and soak in a pinch; For the price, they fully meet all requirements.
