it would have been at least 3 stars if the seller hadn't lied to me. Let's start with the good first. It came with capacitors. They are listed in quality/features but at least I got 2 of what I needed. The soldering iron was acceptable. It doesn't get very hot and definitely doesn't look like a 60w soldering iron, but I'm willing to just consider the inefficient design rather than openly lying about the specs. The suction cup works perfectly. I actually succeeded 50% of the time. That's more than I expected :) Now let's list the bad ones. I received a small piece of wick. It is not at all what is in the picture. I have a small soldering roll. It is not what is in the picture. There is no soldering iron stand as pictured, but a can of ground soda works great. So it works like a repair kit. The cost of this package is likely to be around $5. For $28 it's worth it. Get it if this is the only time you will ever use it. But I would put up with it and get some new goodies if I knew the kit is in such a sorry state.
