The Low-Quality Goods Sold on the Melesh Online Store Let Customers Down

As someone who needs reliable outdoor equipment, I was let down by the Melesh web shop. My buy from them fell short of their claims of providing high-quality items for active people. The fishing rod I got looked like it had been used a lot and was in terrible shape. The reel was scratched and scuffed, and the packaging had been broken. As a retailer of sports and outdoor equipment, it is unacceptable that it had been returned by a prior customer. Their customer care was just as bad as the low quality of their product. My call to ask about the status of my order was met with long wait times and several transfers before I reached an agent who seemed disinterested in assisting me. Due to their low-quality goods and unsatisfactory support, I cannot endorse Melesh as an internet retailer. You should look elsewhere for reliable outdoor equipment if you depend on it.

Cons
  • Customer support that is slow and unhelpful.
