Review on 🔦 Auxbeam 3 Inch LED Light Bar – 20w LED Pods for Offroad: Fog Lights, Spot Beam, Waterproof (Pack of 2) by Kadarius Gentry

Overall I love these LED modules! I installed them on my 2012 Ram 2500 to replace the fog lights. They're more of a bitmap than a flow pattern, but that's not necessarily a bad thing in my application. It seems like each LED has a cutoff projector. When properly aligned, they do not dazzle oncoming drivers. I really only have one complaint. The housings have a built in slot that should hold the nut while you tighten the socket head mounting screw. But as soon as you start tightening the bolts, the nut comes out of the groove. Therefore, it is not possible to fully tighten the hex bolts without using a small open-end wrench to hold the nut in place. However, I was able to find a workaround. I went to Home Depot and bought some washing machines and used them. When the washers are installed, the nut stays in the groove and allows the mounting bolts to be properly tightened. In my opinion there should be some kind of washers in the kit. Nevertheless, the product is very good and I would recommend it. I will update this review after using it for a while. UPDATE (MARCH 13, 2020): 1 of 4 pods I ordered started leaking and there is always some residual condensation inside the case. Also, if you plan on using them in colder climates, the pods won't generate enough heat to melt the snow/ice that accumulates on them.
